I understand that participation in water sports activities offered by Cabo Flyboard (including but not limited to Flyboard, eFoil, Jet Ski, Kayak, Paddleboard, and Boat Tours) involves inherent risks, including risk of serious injury, drowning, or death.

I voluntarily assume all risks related to my participation, and I release Cabo Flyboard, its owners, employees, and instructors from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from this activity, except in cases of gross negligence.

I confirm that I am physically fit to participate and have disclosed any medical conditions that could affect my safety during the activity.

I certify that I am at least 18 years old. If the participant named in this document is a minor, I declare that I am their parent or legal guardian and I sign this waiver on their behalf, accepting all of its terms.

I agree that my electronic signature (typed legal name and drawn signature) has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
